The challenge
The company needed to replace manual controls and spreadsheets with a centralized solution that would allow for organized tracking of the entire production process. The biggest challenge was to have visibility of the actual costs of each production order, control material consumption, and monitor the stage of each batch, avoiding rework and loss of information.
The solution
SGuard System developed a customized production ERP, allowing for the opening and tracking of Production Orders, control of stage statuses (pilot, cutting, workshop, embroidery, and laundry), management of material inventory, automatic movements, and real-time cost calculations per operation. The system also features an analytical dashboard and management reports.
