How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, which is why we start with a 2-week discovery sprint. At the end you have a scope, an architecture, an estimate and a roadmap with dates. We don’t quote a timeline before we understand the problem.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish a price list because cost depends on scope. After the discovery sprint you get a proposal in one of two formats: a fixed-scope project or a monthly dedicated team. No hidden costs: scope changes are agreed in writing before we build them.
How does the contract work?
For international clients the contract is in English (a master services agreement plus a statement of work per project). We sign an NDA before the first scoping conversation if you prefer.
Who owns the code?
The code and the project’s intellectual property are yours, assigned in writing in the contract.
How does 24/7 support work?
New inquiries get a reply within 5 business hours through WhatsApp, email or the chat on our site.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
Yes. Our team is 1 to 2 hours ahead of the US East Coast. We agree on the overlap window at kickoff.
Do you follow LGPD and GDPR?
Our privacy practices are built around LGPD and GDPR. On January 26, 2026, the EU and Brazil adopted mutual adequacy decisions.
What happens after launch? Do you handle maintenance?
Yes. After go-live we offer support and continued development in the model that fits: a monthly dedicated team or work agreed case by case.
Can you modernize a system that can’t stop?
We plan the migration in stages, with testing and a controlled rollout, to protect your operation. We can’t promise zero downtime in every case, but we explain the risks before we start.
